How to use this checklist: Photograph each point listed before cleaning begins (B) and again after completion (A). Use the Position column to ensure you stand in the same spot for both shots. Tick both boxes only when you have confirmed both images are sharp and clearly show the area described. This document is formatted for MyDeposits, TDS and DPS adjudication submissions.
Adjudicator standard: Scheme adjudicators require images that are dated, in focus, well-lit, and show the specific area in question — not a general room shot. A wide room photo without a close-up of the damaged item will typically be discounted as evidence.
